K-Pod Tripod System
The Kessler K-Pod System™ is a revolutionary tripod system designed to support camera cranes / jibs. The K-Pod™ has extremely rigid double strut legs with the patent pending incremental Posi-Lock System™, that friction locks the legs, as well as interlocks into incremental lock pockets. The lock pockets allow you to equally position the legs while providing a lock that can not slip down.

The 055XB provides speedy set up coupled with added security via quick-action, lever-type leg locks, low-angle adapter and leg warmers. It is ideal for use with 35mm and light medium-format photographic cameras, along with digital or conventional type video camcorders. The 501HDV Pro Video Head features improved drag in both axes and switchable counterbalance for the latest ultralight high-definition camcorders. A sliding camera plate helps balance uneven payloads due to outboard batteries or matte boxes, while dual rosettes permit left- or two-handed pan arm configurations. A rear-mounted spirit level facilitates rapid setups.Manfrotto 3-way Pan/Tilt Tripod Head - This is the head that I use with my Manfrotto 3221 tripod. Many photographers prefer ball heads, but some reason I've never enjoyed using them and I'm quite comfortable with the pan/tilt head. This head has a built-in quick-release system. I have quick-release plates for this head mounted on my camera body, my 180mm macro lens tripod collar, and my 300mm f/4 lens tripod collar.
